Portuguese champions FC Porto have announced that they have agreed to sell highly-rated full-back Bosingwa to Chelsea FC for €20.5m.
The 25-year-old, who can also operate on the right side of midfield, won the UEFA Champions League during his first season with the club in 2003/04 following a move from Boavista FC. Bosingwa has now made 107 Liga appearances, scoring three times, for Porto and has seven caps for his country.
